Fourth Operation Method
One Warm-up: Switch on the power supply, display “33333” to “00000”. After leveling off, it display “0.0”.

Two Calibration: first make the switch on the Circuit Board short, then turn on the scale. Press “Zero” key to setting zero after showing steadily, and add 7.5kg weight. Finally, press “Tare” key.(Notice: Please pull out the short model after finished in case it is occurred error when operating.)

Three Capacity: put baby on the plate, and the scale will display the weight of the baby.

Four Overload: When weighing, if the goods exceeds the range of full capacity, the scale will display the overload DOS prompt “FULL” and the alarm will ring “dididi…”.

Five Zero: If the value departures zero (the display is not zero), you should press “Zero” key to let the value return zero.


Fifth Notice:
One It must be operated according to the technical requirements of the scale.

Two The scale must be put on the flat and steady platform; And put under the condition without vibration, strong airflow, hot radiation and strong electromagnetism.

Three After opening the scale, if the display isn’t steady, you should check whether the platform is put

Four Please protect baby by your hands when weighing to avoid hurting your baby.

Calibration Manual
1. Open the cabinets, short the demarcation switch which under the IC-89C51 by the jump.

2. Turn on the power, press the key “ Zero ” after all the display show “0”.

3. After 3 seconds, put the weights on the scale. ( 1/2 of the capacity; e.g.：if the full capacity of the machine is 30kgs, you should put on 15kgs testing weight )

4. Press the key “ Tare ”, the display will show “ 1500.0 ”

5. Put off the weights, turn off the power, then pull out the jump, fit in the scale.
